Catering Policy

Thank you for choosing Tasteful Tables LLC for your catering needs. Please review our policies before placing your order.

Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
  • Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • Final guest count and menu selections are due 7 days before the event.

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event date.
  • We do not accept payment after the event.
  • Accepted payments: Zelle, Cash, Credit/Debit.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 5 days before the event may receive a partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Guest Count Changes

  • Increase must be made at least 5 days prior.
  • Decreases after final payment are not refunded.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery fees depend on location.
  • Setup time is 30–60 minutes before event.
  • Client must provide table and venue access.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Please inform us of allergies when booking.
  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

Overtime

  • Additional service time is $70 per hour.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We may refuse service if environment is unsafe or disrespectful.
